You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A $4.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with necessary photos of damage to hello@loftipop.com and we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged item.

Our Process is Charmingly Human

We have a hand in all our mugs—their design, printing, packaging, and shipping, that is. First, Ryan creates an original digital illustration (usually inspired by something random but totally relatable). Then we create a listing for the design on our site, where it happily waits for someone like you to find it, love it, and order it. Next, our team prints the design on special sublimation paper, cuts it to size, and adheres it to the mug, which is placed in a commercial sublimation oven. The heat bonds the print and the mug, making it super durable and long-lasting. Finally, our team personally packages and ships your mug to you. Our mugs are personal because they’re made by real people for you.
